Level 1

Information and advice on a range of manufacturing issues.

Level 2

Review of your manufacturing processes to identify opportunities to improve. Free service to all Welsh manufacturers.

The Manufacturing Review is in 2 parts:

1.The assessment of the business, which can take the form of a discussion with the senior management or use a more formal benchmarking tool developed to analyse 9 areas of manufacturing.

2.The report which follows the review clearly identifies a range of ways forward for the management team to discuss and if appropriate use MAS Wales to deliver or facilitate.

Some companies use MAS as an extra resource and some as a trainer/policeman to facilitate the improvement process.

Level 3

Experience and knowledge sharing. These events for example are under way across Wales:

- Workshops
- Inside Welsh Industry Host events
- Expert Clinics

Level 4

Hands-on, tailored, help to improve productivity (up to 10 days).

Level 5

Where we cannot help - we will find you someone who can. This being a source of referrals to BSE, IT, CEMs and across MAS throughout the UK.
